Yielding of Harrenhal

The sound of fluttering bats echoed dimly through the dining hall. Lady Shella Whent muttered to herself as she sat down at the long, empty table. Though the rumors of Tywin Lannister’s inbound incursion had reached the castle, it would not interfere with dinner.
For years, Lady Whent had lived with the supposed ghosts of Harrenhal. Soon, she would decide if she should abandon her family’s castle or join them.

The Story
"With the rivermen defeated in the battle under the walls of Riverrun, Lord Tywin Lannister and Ser Kevan Lannister march on the various castles of the riverlands. After controlling the kingsroad, Tywin heads to Harrenhal, with his men burning the land while they march north. Lady Shella Whent surrenders her great castle to the Lannisters because she lacks the men to hold it."
The Scenario
Thinking of ideas for a battlefield commander who is not a traditional combatant was a lot of fun. While Shella is only mentioned in a few lines in the books, there was a lot of inspiration to take from Harrenhal and its spooky vibes.
