The Downfall of Stannis Baratheon

Stannis’ blood pooled in the cold slush beneath the tree. He groaned as he awkwardly shifted his weight. Brienne stepped forward and drew her Valyrian Steel blade. She spoke in a clear voice. “In the name of Renly of House Baratheon, first of his name, rightful King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm. I, Brienne of Tarth, sentence you to die. Do you have any last words?”

The Story

"After arriving within sight of the castle's walls, Stannis begins to deploy his forces and takes formation, intending to lay siege at sunrise, but Ramsay believes he can match Stannis's weakened army in battle instead of resisting a protracted siege, and personally leads all of House Bolton's cavalry against Stannis's army, simultaneously attacking both flanks and successfully surrounding it."

Gameplay & Strategy

This custom scenario utilizes the central mechanics of the A Feast for Crows game mode. With Stannis Baratheon’s army, you most likely will want to keep the mandatory Stormcrow units away from the Corpse Piles because they will begin to accumulate Victory Point tokens that could easily swing the game towards House Bolton. Keep them in the rear of your army and use them only when needed. This will make things more difficult for Stannis, but that’s the idea.

This is a fan-made scenario inspired by CMON Limited’s A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game and is in no way associated with CMON.
