Fall of Raventree Hall

Lord Tywin Lannister entered the courtyard, his brother Kevan by his side. Dozens of captured Blackwood guards were escorted past them. Above the stone walls, the monstrous weirwood tree filled with ravens. The birds croaked and whistled, unconcerned with human warfare or lordly possessions.
“Shall we burn it?” Kevan asked.
“… no,” Tywin answered without elaboration. “I shall spend the night in Lord Tytos’ solar. Study the castle and establish a workable garrison. We march on Harrenhal in two days.”

The Story
"After the battle at the Mummer's Ford, Lord Tywin Lannister leads his 20,000 men northeast toward the ruby ford. Tywin's son, Ser Jaime Lannister, captures Ser Edmure Tully in a battle under the walls of Riverrun. Tytos Blackwood, Lord of Raventree Hall, holds Riverrun while it is besieged by Jaime."
The Scenario
This scenario introduces an attachment version of the legend Ser Flement Brax, whose 2-foot long unicorn horn sends men fleeing before its sparkling point. Though other castles were captured by Tywin's forces during this initial invasion, it's not so clear if he was present at those battles. While I'm making scenarios about even minor events from the books, I want them to be events that have some unique elements or highlight an important character/commander from the book/game. Some battles just end up feeling too similar to others and could be easily recreated by making a few simple changes to another scenario document (in this case, switching the Raventree Hall castle card for Darry and swapping the weirwood tree for a plowland terrain piece).

This is a fan-made scenario inspired by CMON Limited’s A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game and is in no way associated with CMON.
